Pernigotti at Sigep 2016

Great success of PERNIGOTTI at the annual tradeshow SIGEP 2016. The internationally famous show, specialized in pastry and ice cream, was the perfect setting to introduce the company’s novelties and the classic range.

A great number of visitors with a marked percentage of foreign player, has confirmed how Pernigotti position itself as a leader in the manufacturing of semi – finished ingredients for gelato and pastry.

One of the biggest highlight of 2016 SIGEP for Pernigotti has been the arrangement of gelato production: a completely equipped big truck positioned in the outside space between the pavilions.
